And so it begins…
I never knew this so I thought I would share with everyone. We always hear “If you want to lose weight, you need to eat less calories! Bla bla bla…” But why? How is a calorie related to fat? Here it is … 3,500 calories = 1lb. of fat.
So what does this mean? It means that if you want to lose 1lb. per week you must cut out 500 calories each day of that week. We’ll talk about how and what number you should subtract 500 from later.
The plan for today is to work out Abs and do Cardio ( 30 minutes LISS ). My workout schedule is all out of whack this week since I managed to strain my lower back last week, and potentially tore a muscle a bit. So I am taking it easy until Monday. Today will include:
30 minute run at 6mph on the treadmill.
followed by:
Decline Weighted Crunches 4 x 10 superset with :
Hanging Leg Raises 3 x 15
Reverse Crunches 2 x 20
I find that with that my abs are ussually blasted enough with those sets. If you are curious what all those exercises are, search for the name on Google. More often than not you will either find a video or pictures. They’re not rocket science. That’s it for now.
